All prospective offerors are responsible for reviewing this Addendum and incorporating its provisions into their proposals. Except as specifically amended below, all other terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements of RFP No. 2026-06 remain unchanged. Original Proposal Due Date and Time: September 21, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST Revised Proposal Due Date and Time: September 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST Revised Evaluation Period: October 1-9, 2026 Revised Notice of Intent to Award: October 12, 2026 Revised Anticipated Contract Start: November 1, 2026 The public notice for this solicitation inadvertently stated a September 10, 2026 closing date. This Addendum corrects that discrepancy and establishes September 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST as the final deadline for submission of proposals. Proposals must be received by the HASA no later than the corrected deadline above. Proposals received after the corrected deadline will be handled in accordance with the requirements of the RFP.
