420 East 28th Street, San Angelo, Texas 76903 (325) 481-2500 04/06/2026 Copy of Official Posting NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) As-Needed Electrical Services The Housing Authority of San Angelo (HASA) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified and licensed contractors to provide as-needed electrical services for properties owned by the HASA. Proposal Submission Deadline: All sealed proposals must be received no later than 5:00 PM (CST) on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. Submissions shall be clearly labeled “RFP – As-Needed Electrical Services” delivered to: Housing Authority of San Angelo Attn: Kellie Pfeil, Deputy Director 420 East 28th Street, San Angelo, TX 76903 All proposals must be received during regular business hours. Proposals will be opened privately and evaluated in accordance with the criteria set forth in the RFP. Late, unsealed, or electronically submitted proposals will not be accepted.
