Callaway Stadium – Artificial Turf Replacement Project Artificial Turf Replacement Project - RFP (1/15/2025) 801 Dallis Street, LaGrange, Ga 30240 Quote/Bid #1 – Replace the Artificial Turf System at Callaway Stadium (Scope of Work):         Per the Site Plan Provided (see attached Site Plan). Provide and install all required/necessary materials, supplies, labor, equipment, machinery, etc. for a complete artificial turf replacement project, per the scope of work. All work shall be coordinated with Troup County Staff. Provide a copy of all manufacturer’s product warranties and the contractor’s written warranty covering all labor, installation, and workmanship. Clean-up & dispose of all construction debris and/or trash, per Local/State/Federal regulations. Protect surrounding areas from damage & debris. Removal and disposal of the existing artificial turf system and associated materials. Installation of the new artificial turf system with the following minimum specifications: o Meets 1 Turf Concept Standard, o Installation of 25mm EPP shock pad with vertical and lateral drainage – 25 yr. warranty, o Field has to have a GMAX below 120 for 10 years or life of warranty whichever is longer, o HIC (head injury criteria) needs to be below 1000 for the life of the field, o 60 oz blended fiber with monofilament and slit-film with a thatch layer, o 2 inches in length for all fibers, o Alternating contrasts in color panels (Green), o No logos but lined for football/ soccer/ lacrosse, o Rubber filling, o Provide a 10 year maintenance program, o Provide a 10 year non-prorated warranty.
