It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe the executive recruitment services pool being requested by the County.The County intends to award a three (3)-year contract (with the option to renew for two [2] years) to a pool of up to nine (9) Bidders selected as the most responsible Bidders whose responses conform to the RFP and meet the County’s requirements.
