Amendment #1-RFP RFx 3120003161 European Investment Recruitment Consulting Services Section 1.2 Procurement Timeline Proposal Opening/Evaluation, Date/Time is replaced with June 23, 2025. Clarification of Additional Compensation for New Conference This amendment is intended to clarify and reaffirm that the additional twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) referenced in this agreement is solely and specifically designated to cover the costs associated with a new conference requested by the Authority. For the purposes of this agreement, a “new conference” is defined as an unplanned event or activity that the Contractor is requested to plan, coordinate, execute, and/or attend at the sole discretion of the Authority. As previously stated in Section 2.8: “Contractor's bid total should include all costs needed to meet the terms of this RFP including salary, operational expenses and travel costs based on the plan of work outlined above. The Contractor is expected to attend both investment and trade events at no additional cost to the Authority. In the event that the Authority seeks the Contractor attend a new conference, the Authority will provide additional compensation, up to $20,000.00 per year, to attend such events. This additional compensation should not be included in your bid total.” Furthermore, as stated in Attachment D: “At no time shall the contract exceed the all-inclusive Maximum Contract Price, plus $20,000.00 per year listed below.” This amendment affirms that the “plus $20,000.00 per year” is explicitly tied to the Authority’s request for the Contractor to attend and support a new conference, which is outside the scope of the original plan of work. This amount shall only be used for costs directly related to the planning, coordination, participation, and execution of the new conference.
