PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND Eastern Washington University (EWU) is seeking a qualified water treatment contractor to provide a comprehensive water treatment program for university mechanical systems, including boiler systems, cooling tower systems, and closedloop chilled water systems. The Contractor shall provide the chemicals, technical service, testing, monitoring, consultation, reporting, and related support necessary to maintain an effective water treatment program and promote the reliable and efficient operation of the systems.
