RFP 27-002 Landscape Services (Master Service Contract)

Description

Friendswood ISD (“the district”) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to establish an annual contract for district wide Landscape Services. It is the intent of Friendswood ISD to award this RFP to multiple vendors in order to create a pool of qualified vendors to meet the needs of the District on an as-needed basis. Proposals shall include all labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment necessary for completion of assigned work, in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements / specifications contained in this agreement. Upon award, vendors will be contacted for quotes, then Purchase Orders will be issued to the vendor on an as-needed basis. Services will vary across the District and/or per individual project. There is no guarantee of work and any work to be completed shall not commence until the vendor receives a Purchase Order from Friendswood ISD.
