The City of Yuba City (City) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced consulting firms to provide pavement inventory and assessment, planning, and design services for the City’s Roadway Audit, Planning, and Major Rehabilitation Project. The selected consultant will perform a citywide pavement audit and PCI update, develop plans, specifications, and estimates for a $12-$14M road rehabilitation project, and create a five-year plan for future resurfacing projects.
