NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS – FEDERAL ADVOCACY SERVICES, RFP NO. 26/27-SR2027 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Porterville is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide professional federal advocacy and governmental relations services on behalf of the City. The selected consultant will represent the City’s interests before the United States Congress, federal agencies, and other federal entities and will assist the City in advancing legislative priorities, identifying and securing federal funding opportunities, monitoring federal legislative and regulatory activities, strengthening federal partnerships, and providing strategic governmental relations services. The City anticipates entering into an initial professional services agreement for a three (3) year term.
