The City is seeking proposals from qualified environmental analysis firms to add to its existing on‑call list. Selected firms will provide support on a range of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and, when applicable, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance assessments for both private and public projects processed by the City, including private development applications and public works projects. Proposals are invited from firms that can demonstrate proven experience and the ability to perform the tasks outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
