The City seeks proposals for a turnkey on water (River) fireworks display for the River of Fire event. Contractors may propose a launch solution that includes a barge, other suitable launch platform, or may identify launch platform requirements to be provided by others. The City is also interested in receiving optional proposals for a coordinated drone light show as a supplement to, or partial replacement, of the fireworks display. All questions must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on November 18th.
