Take careful note of the addendum so that proper allowance may be made. 1. Questions per verbatim: Q: If there is an item within a category that we are unable to provide a bid on (i.e. discontinued item), are we still able to bid on other individual items within that category or is that entire category disqualified? A: Yes. Bidders are still able to bid on other items within a category even if they are unable to bid on other items. If bidder is not submitting a bid for a particular item, please note “No Bid.” Q: Do you happen to have the five (5) FCC call signs associated with GGUSD’s existing radio licenses that vendors will be expected to program against? A: The bidder is expected to obtain this information through the appropriate government website. It is the bidder’s responsibility to provide the correct call sign(s) associated with the District. Q: On the cost page 18, where it says "Standard one year or extended warranty" Is that asking for the cost of 1 additional year warranty beyond what comes standard with each radio? If so, that is not offered on the TC320 or TC508, but it is offered on the BD502i...Which is a 2 year extended warranty for a total of 5 years. Would that be acceptable? A: Please provide pricing for the standard one year warranty and any extended warranties, if applicable. Q: Will this be an open bid. Meaning, will Bidders be allowed to attend the opening, or will this be a private opening? A: As this is a Request for Proposal (RFP), and proposals are evaluated using criteria beyond pricing, a public bid opening will not be held. Q: Will we receive the result of the bid including final bid numbers? A: Bidders who submit a proposal will be notified of the result after the award of contract at the Board meeting on March 3, 2026. Q: Page 12 map (Garden Grove Unified School District MAP).
