Take careful note of the addendum so that proper allowance may be made. Questions per verbatim: Q: What kind of facilities are available for these programs? Is there a full/commercial kitchen? Access to sinks? Access to appliances? A: Classes wouldn’t be in a kitchen but in a classroom or MPR. Appliances aren’t available and sink access isn’t guaranteed. Bidders are responsible for providing any necessary supplies, tools, and equipment. Q: Is there an anticipated number of students this RFP is looking for serve? A: The classes typically have a 1:20 teacher-to-student ratio. Q: How many students are currently enrolled in ELO-P programs? A: It varies from site to site and can range from 60 to 200+ students. Q: Is the successful vendor responsible for reaching out to and coordinating programs at individual schools or does the district facilitate/manage this process? A: The district supports with placement and coordinating the programs at individual schools. Q: Are we required to pre-identify each member of our on-site staff? We identify our program leaders and on-site staff upon award. A: It isn’t necessary to identify each individual in advance, but we do request that the positions required for the program be specified.
