CITY OF PORTERVILLE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR DOWNTOWN PA SYSTEM RFP: 25/26 – SR2024 The City of Porterville, (hereinafter “City”) is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Proposals from companies or individuals that are qualified to provide design, equipment, software, installation and on-site training for an outdoor wireless sound system for a portion of downtown, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this RFP, and any other term(s) and condition(s) in any contract subsequently awarded. The City intends to select one (1) qualified applicant to provide the full scope of this project for the City of Porterville. This document identifies the general scope and procedures in this process. Responding applicants must have relevant experience and the ability to provide the requisite professional services.
