RFP-25-108: 2025 Urban Water Management Plan, Water Supply Assessments And Water Supply Verification

The City of Banning (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) to prepare its 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) in accordance with the Urban Water Management Planning Act, as codified in § 10610 – 10656 and 10608 of the California Water Code and the Department of Water Resources’ 2025 Urban Water Management Plan Guidebook for Water Suppliers that is currently in development. Additionally, the City is seeking a Company to prepare Water Supply Assessments and Water Supply Verifications in compliance with SB 610 and SB 221, respectively.The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services.Proposals are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).The 2025 UWMP will be incorporated into a regional UWMP compiled by the San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency.
