POLK COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT IS ACCEPTING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PAVING CTH G PROJECT Polk County Highway Department is accepting sealed bids until Wednesday, October 7th, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Bids will be opened publicly on Thursday, October 8th, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the Polk County Highway Department, 900 Pheasant Lane, Balsam Lake, WI. Please specify CTH G project on sealed envelope. Project scope includes paving on CTH G, from STH 46 to CTH I equal to 5.47 miles. Work to be provided will consist of paving existing road with 2“ x 23’ of hot mix asphalt. Polk County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to accept the bid most advantageous to Polk County.
