The period of the contract will be 10/1/2026 to 4/30/2029. Requirements - To be considered for selection, respondents must have the equipment, personnel, expertise, capabilities, and resources to complete the stated duties at all sites. REQUIREMENTS The five properties where the proposed services will be performed are described as follows: Melrose Terrace, Hayes Court, Samuel Elliot Apartments, Ledgewood Heights and Moore Court.
