The City of Balch Springs is requesting sealed bids for furnishing all necessary materials, machinery,equipment, project supervision, and performing all work required for the construction of the IH 635 FROM ELAM RD. TO LAKE JUNE RD GREEN RIBBON IMPROVEMENT. The project scope consists of landscape improvements on TxDOT right-of-way at IH635 interchange at Elam Road in the City of Balch Springs. The project includes two-tiered interchange at IH635 and Elam Road within the TxDOT right-of-way. The work consists of protecting and transplanting existing trees and installation of new landscape material which consists of trees, shrubs, and seeding. The project also includes installation of permanent landscape irrigation. The existing irrigation controller and meter are to be utilized for the new permanent irrigation.
