Please confirm or correct this price This amount is incorrect. The correct reduced breakfast meal prices were $.30 Schedule C lists two prices for high school lunches. Assuming the higher price is for a premium lunch, please provide information on what menu items are classified as premium lunches. The higher priced meal is charged in food lines that offer made to order options and allows the customer to choose components/fixings for their meal, such as; deli sandwiches, salad bar, nachos, and burritos. The lower priced meal is charged for foods that are prepared by the FSMC and limited to specific items, such as; pizza, chicken patties and burgers. Schedule A does not have either the FSMC or SFA checked for Taxes/Licenses. Please clarify whether this is the cost responsibility of the FSMC or SFA. If it is a responsibility of the FSMC, please provide the annual cost for health licenses and/or any licenses required by the municipality or state. The SFA manages the processing of the health license. Please identify the Point of Sale software used by the food service program. Is the license expense for the software borne by the SFA or the FSMC? If it is by the FSMC, please provide the annual expense of the software support license. The SFA funds the E-Trition Point of Sale software for the district. The RFP requests a digital copy of the proposal.
