It is the purpose of this RFP to obtain as much complete information as possible to enable MCC to determine which offer(s) are best able to serve all the criteria that are to be considered for the resulting contract(s). To this end, each prospective contractor shall furnish, as a part of its proposal, a complete general description of capabilities in performing Benefits Broker Services.
