It shall be the intent and purpose of these specifications to outline the terms and conditions under which a successful Independent Certified Public Accountant (Auditor) shall provide the required independent audit for the County of Northampton (County) in conjunction with the provisions of the Home Rule Charter of the County of Northampton (as amended), Article VII, Section 708.
