The Hawaii County Office of Aging (HCOA) is planning to obtain Family Caregiver Counseling Services for caregivers of older individuals who are unable to care for themselves and reside in Hawai'i County. Family Caregiver Counseling Services include access, counseling and caregiver training. Contracts are planned to begin on or after October 01, 2026. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assist HCOA in obtaining community input for the development of Request for Proposals (RFP) for Family Caregiver Counseling Services. HCOA is specifically interested in feedback and comments regarding the items listed below and we welcome additional comments and suggestions. 1.
