The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of Facilities Management (FM), is seeking information from interested and qualified vendors capable of providing comprehensive preventative maintenance services for the following trades: • Electrical Systems • Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems • Plumbing Systems This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to gather market information and identify prospective vendors with the qualifications, experience, and capacity to perform preventative maintenance services. Vendors are invited to submit capability statements detailing their expertise, service approach, staffing qualifications, certifications, and relevant experience.
