The Vina Groundwater Sustainability Agency (GSA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide ongoing technical and operational support services for Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) implementation and GSA operations within the Vina Subbasin. The GSA is seeking a single, integrated consultant team to serve as a long-term professional services partner, supporting recurring SGMA compliance obligations, groundwater monitoring and data management, governance and operational support, and stakeholder engagement. This is not a single-project procurement. The selected firm will work collaboratively with GSA staff, member agencies, and the Board of Directors over a multi-year contract term, with specific services authorized through task orders.
