** IMPORTANT ** The City of Richland is currently accepting applications for the 2027 prequalified electrical contract list period. Applications will be accepted until November 4, 2026. **Once the 2027 list is established, NO NEW APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL OCTOBER 2027.** City of Richland, Washington is required by the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 35.92.350 to prequalify electrical contractors or subcontractors bidding on electrical utility type work for Richland Energy Services. All electrical contractors previously approved are required to submit a new application to be considered on the 2027 approved list. Contractors approved for 2027 will be required to verify/update their information in October 2027 to remain prequalified for 2028.
