August 24, 2015 ADDENDUM Town of Surfside Request For Expression Of Interest (“RFEI”) For The Development Of One Or More Public Parking Structures With A Possible Mixed-Use Component RFEI# 2015-002 Responses to Inquiries/Questions: 1. Question: Will the chosen Consultant for this RFEI be allowed to also submit on the possible future Request for Proposal? Answer: Yes. 2. Question: Could the Town possibly decide to forgo the Request for Proposal process and move forward with the selected firm from this RFEI, if qualifications and concepts are so great to make it an acceptable course of action? Answer: The Town must abide by Florida State Statues and Town procurement procedures identified in the code. The ultimate decision is made by the Town Commission.
