This project develops Knollwood Drainage Area into a neighborhood park with a playground, restroom, shelter, partially paved walking loop, lighting, and parking lot off of East Knollwood Drive. Simultaneously, grading work, sediment removal, drainage and sewer structure upgrades will be done to improve utility function and maintenance access.
