The City of New Rochelle is seeking sealed bids for pedestrian access upgrades at the Pinebrook Tennis Center. The project includes removal and replacement of the existing stair system with new concrete stairs featuring ADA-compliant handrails, cheek walls, and a mid-level landing. Additional work includes installation of new concrete and asphalt walkways to achieve ADA-compliant slopes, full reconstruction of the drive access from the parking lot to the courts with new curbing, drainage improvements, and new asphalt pavement. The accessible parking area will also be reconstructed with compliant slopes, striping, and signage. All work must follow applicable NYSDOT specifications and City standards.
