The work consists of hot poured crack sealing, applying a Type II slurry seal, and any other related construction as required in the Specifications to preserve and extend the life of streets in Corvallis. Bidders are informed that the City may elect to self-perform the crack sealing and eliminate some or all of this work from the contract while retaining the slurry seal portion of the work for the contractor. The Engineering estimate is $369,000.
