This consists of completely removing each overhead door, frame, track, and all associated controls and operators and haul away and dispose of. Install new double sided steel insulated doors, tracks, lifts, torsions springs, solid shafts, weather seals. Also provide and install high speed side mounted operator including reflective photo eye, 3 button wall control, emergency chain hoist, and internet control device. The system must have automated door opening capabilities for both exiting and entering upon approaching the door.
