Project Summary and Scope of Work: The Carroll County Office of Procurement, in cooperation with the Division of Utilities, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide the labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to construct the Liberty Water Tank Booster Station, located at 1331 Johnsville Road, Eldersburg MD 21784. The scope of work includes the following: A. Construction of a new Water Booster Station and associated site work, located primarily within the base of the existing Liberty Water Storage Tank. B. Installation of approximately 2,400 linear feet (LF) of new 12-inch ductile iron pipe (DIP) suction line along Johnsville Road from the Liberty Water Tank Booster Station to the existing water main at the intersection with Bartholow Road.
