The Carroll County Office Division of Roads Operations (“County”) is seeking lump sum bids from qualified contractors (“Contractor”) for storm drainage pipe replacement on/around Hammond Avenue, Eldersburg, MD (“Project”). This Project consists of replacing current CMP pipe segments at various locations on Hammond Avenue and adjacent roadways; and all additional and incidental work as indicated in the Specifications and/or the Special Provisions within this Request for Bids.
