This equipment will be used to screen for diabetes, metabolic disorders, and cholesterol, as well as provide nutrition information, in underserved rural and urban communities. These vehicles will be based out of three (3) Kentucky State University offices located in: Louisville, Kentucky, Western Kentucky, and Eastern Kentucky. Exam Bench Check In Desk with Desk Chair Accucold Medical Grade Refrigerator 5.5 cu ft Sharps Disposable System Waiting Area Bench Eye Wash Station Vent Fan Header Compartment w/ Cover Smoke/Carbon Detector Vendors responding to this solicitation must provide documentation of any and all licenses required under Kentucky and federal law concerning the construction of the requested mobile health unit. The mobile health unit produced in response to this solicitation and the awarded contract must meet all the pertinent standards found under 902 KAR 20:275, as well as all pertinent standards established by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and the federal Department of Transportation. Section 3 Purpose The purpose of this solicitation is to request vendor responses in order to provide the requested equipment under contract to the University as needed.
