The objective of this Solicitation is to select a qualified contractor to provide, on an as needed basis, emergency remediation/mitigation, restoration and reconstruction services including electronic equipment and electronic media recovery and restoration, document recovery and restoration services due to fire, flood, sewer back-ups, smoke, or mold damage, etc. on a twenty-four (24) hour seven (7) days a week, three hundred sixty five (365) days a year for the City of Fort Myers.The Contractor must be experienced and qualified to provide all labor, materials equipment, supplies, supervision and other resources as required to execute the following: remediation/mitigation, restoration and reconstruction services including electronic equipment and electronic media recovery and restoration, document recovery and restoration services on a time and material, not to exceed basis as specified by the Project Manager.This contract shall be in effect for 5 years, awarding to two or more proposers. The number of contracts will be determined by a selection committee after proposals are due.
