Florida Gateway College Tiny Dorm Project RFP# 01-11-25 Second set of Questions Firstly, for the double occupancy units, were you looking at one home, one main entrance and just two separate spaces like two separate bedrooms, but shared everything else? Or are you looking for something like two separate entrances, two separate bedrooms and bathrooms and maybe just a shared kitchen? These should be designed and built as two complete separate spaces with separate entrances. Also, is it possible to build on site? Or assemble on site? We prefer not to build on site, but we will be open to all design types. We noticed that the site plan references RVs and “hook ups.” Does this indicate a stronger focus on movable units? I understand the college previously clarified they are open to both modular and movable options, but based on the provided plan, we wanted to confirm your interpretation. There is no preference.
