DEPARTMENT OF PURCHASING & CONTRACTING BuyNet Supplier Guide – Responding to a Solicitation December 2024 Version 1.5 PURCHASING & CONTRACTING Navigate to https://sdbuynet.sandiegocounty.gov/ Version 1.5 Welcome to BuyNet PURCHASING & CONTRACTING Complete the IDENTIFICATION section. Login * (required) Enter the email address you entered during registration. Password * (required) Enter the password you created during registration. Click the Login button. If you are having problems logging in, you may try the Lost your password? button or contact your Supplier Admin for assistance. You may also contact the Department of Purchasing and Contracting for assistance with your login or to reset your password. Note: If you have not registered, please follow the instructions in BuyNet Supplier Guide - Creating and Managing a Supplier Profile to create your registration. Version 1.5 IDENTIFICATION (Login) PURCHASING & CONTRACTING The Supplier Profile will display. To access the solicitations listing, click the Solicitations menu and choose View Solicitations. Note: To manage solicitations for which you have clicked the Participate in RFx button or have been added to the team, click the Solicitations menu and choose Manage Proposals.
