Resiliency Center at the North Brunswick Municipal Complex

The Township of North Brunswick is soliciting bids to build out a Resiliency Center in an existing but unfinished wing in the Municipal Complex. The Administration and Police areas are newly renovated and the next step is to retrofit an existing space (1st floor and basement) to function as a communal gathering space and Resiliency Center in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency.Site tours can be arranged by contacting Ms. Justine Progebin, Business Administrator via email (email preferred) at jprogebin@northbrunswicknj.gov, or (732) 247-0922, x435.  Allow forty-eight (48) hours advanced notice.  Availability will be between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.  Availability is strictly limited. No questions will be answered during the tours.Bid submissions are exclusively being received via this OpenGov online platform. No hard copy submissions will be accepted.
