The Residential Streets Improvement Project Monterrey & Baker – Group 19 consists of rehabilitating the roadway by removing and reconstructing asphalt concrete, sidewalks, driveway approaches, curb & gutters, preservation of survey monuments, installation of striping, pavement markings, and repainting curbs as well as the adjustments and replacement of Public Utilities (Water Valve Boxes, Sewer Manholes, Etc.), and all appurtenant work.This Project is “Covered Project Work” under the Community Workforce Agreement (CWA).
