New properties may be added or removed throughout the life of the contract. Five separate ledgers must be maintained, and 5 checks issued, according to program regulations. The properties have been acquired through a variety of sources, including state and federal grants, and are used for rental to those at or below 120% Area Median Income. Monthly rents range from $250 to $1,950.
