The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified consultant to document the appraised value of affordable housing to show such housing is within the specific program limits throughout Seminole County. Seminole County Community Services Department receives federal and state funds to administer a variety of housing programs. These programs include the Acquisition Rehabilitation, and Resale of Foreclosed Homes; acquisition and rehabilitation for affordable rental housing, and the Homeowner Rehabilitation/Reconstruction Program. It is a requirement of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Florida Housing Finance Corporation to document the appraised value of affordable housing to show such housing is within the specific program limits.
