The City of Lakeland (City) is seeking an engineering consultant, in accordance with the Consultants’ Competitive Negations Act (CCNA, Chapter 287.055 Florida Statutes) to provide Resident Project Representative (RPR) services for the Western Trunk Sewer Upgrade Project. These services will include construction administration services, full-time resident project representative services, American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and State Revolving Fund (SRF) funding support services, and general project management.
