Request for Statement of Qualifications for Construction Management Services for the 2022 West Pavement Rehabilitation Project

The City of South San Francisco (City) is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from consulting firms to provide construction management for the 2022 West Pavement Rehabilitation Project (Project) in the City of South San Francisco. It is the intent of the city to engage the most qualified consultant to provide the inspection and construction management services.The contract performance period is from the date of an approved and executed contract between consultant and the City of South San Francisco to fulfilling all requirements to complete the construction phase of the project, which is anticipated to be in December of 2022.The SOQ submitted in response to this RFQ will be used as a basis for selecting the Consultant for this project. The Consultant’s SOQ will be evaluated and ranked according to the criteria provided in Appendix B - SOQ Evaluation of this RFQ.RFQ and any addendums will be posted on the City of South San Francisco e-Procurement Portal website.
