Please read carefully the instructions, specifications, and SFCC Standard Terms and Conditions, because failure to comply therewith may result in an offer being classified as unresponsive, disqualified or negatively evaluated. Proposals must be submitted no later than the proposal deadline date of June 15, 2017 @ 2:00 pm MST. New Mexico civil and criminal law prohibit bribes, gratuities and kickbacks. Hard copies must be printed in ink and corrections must be initialed. Any Offeror’s submitted sealed Proposal envelope, box or package must clearly mark the Offeror’s name, RFP Number and Opening Date (see Offer Due By date above) in the lower left hand corner.
