Request for Quotes - Neighborhood Improvement Task Force (NITF) Public Outreach & Communications Professional Services (Neighborhood 3)

Description

The City of Lake Forest is seeking a public outreach and communications professional services consultant to assist the Neighborhood Improvement Task Force (NITF) in developing an assessment report with recommendations to address quality of life issues experienced by residents and businesses in the Subject Neighborhood in the City's southeast region ("Neighborhood 3"). The NITF is led by the Community Development Department and includes representatives from Code Enforcement, Public Works, Management Services, and Police Services.  Over the past three years, the NITF has embarked on a comprehensive plan to address concerns in the southwest neighborhoods of the City that were identified through a bi-annual satisfaction survey. The NITF has now directed its focus to the southeast neighborhoods of the City. The consultant will be tasked with creating a survey for residents and local businesses within the project area, conduct a door-to-door survey, host a pop-up event, and create an analysis report of findings and recommendations for action by the NITF.
