notice to vendors _____________________ Quotes will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Old Courthouse, 2nd Floor, 25 West Jefferson Street, Jefferson, Ohio 44047-1092 until 2:45 p.m. EST on the 26th day of August, 2021, at which time said quotes will be opened and reviewed for the purchase of property to construct a Water Tower, in accordance with specifications on file in the Commissioners’ Office. Questions regarding any technical issues in this Request for Quotes shall be addressed to: Dept. of Environmental Services Ed Spoor, Special Projects, Water Division 36 West Walnut Street, PO Box 520 Jefferson, OH  44047-1092 Cell: (440) 969-4772 Each quote must be in a sealed envelope and the outside thereof properly marked “Property Quote for Water Tower Construction Project”. The notice and Specifications may be obtained via the internet at http://commissioners@ashtabulacounty.us/bids by clicking on the appropriate quote notice on the screen. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and the right to reject any and all quotes.   The Board of Commissioners has the sole discretion to determine the best property quote.
