The Fruitvale Independent School District invites qualified companies to submit proposals for fencing to meet new state requirements, to include privacy fencing, security fencing, gates and safety features added to our current fencing . Quotes will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. December 2, 2022 at Fruitvale ISD business office 244 VZCR 1910 Fruitvale, TX 75127 or by email to bainr@fruitvaleisd.com. You may schedule a meeting to come in the district to look at our current facilities prior to creating your proposal by emailing bainr@fruitvaleisd.com to set up an appointment with Rebecca Bain. The envelope containing your quote should be marked: Proprosal for Fencing Attention: Rebecca bain The district reserves the right to discuss the contents of such initial quotes in order to obtain the best offer which will meet the district’s needs. The board of trustees reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District.
