Roseville City School District Request for Qualifications To Provide Progressive Design-Build Construction Services PR-92 School Project ADDENDUM NO. 4 – FINAL ADDENDUM July 15, 2026 Owner: Roseville City School District 1030 Main Street Roseville, CA 95678 Project Manager: Capital Program Management, Inc. 1851 Heritage Lane, Suite 210 Sacramento, CA 95815 This Addendum has been prepared to clarify, modify, delete, or add to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the above referenced project, and revisions to items listed here shall supersede description thereof prior to the above stated date. All conditions not specifically referenced here shall remain the same. TOTAL PAGES IN THIS ADDENDUM (including attachments): 2 Roseville City School District Request for Qualifications To Provide Progressive Design-Build Construction Services PR-92 School Project ADDENDUM NO. 4 – FINAL ADDENDUM PART A - RESPONSE AND CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS 4.1.1 Following the issuance of “ADDENDUM NO. 3 – FINAL ADDENDUM”, we were notified that two additional questions had been submitted prior to the July 9, 2026 by 2:00 p.m. due date but were inadvertently blocked by our firewall. Therefore we are issuing “ADDENDUM NO. 4” as our final addendum to include the final two questions submitted. 4.1.2 The deadline for submissions in response to the RFQ are still due on July 23, 2026 by 2:00 p.m. PART B – RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS 23. Question: Would the District accept projects that have an extended preconstruction duration due to their size, complexity, value, and required investigations, even if the overall project completion extends beyond the 12-month timeframe referenced in Addendum No. 1, Part B, Question 2? These projects are actively under contract but have longer schedules that exceed the 12-month completion requirement due to the complexity and scope of work. Response: Yes, submissions may include 3 completed projects as well as 3 additional active projects that are currently under contract and have anticipated completion dates that extend beyond the 12 months previously indicated in the response to Question #2 answered in Addendum #1. 24. Question: Would the District accept the submission of more than six (6) resumes as defined in Section VI, Question 5, Resumes? Response: Yes, the District will accept resumes for up to twelve (12) proposed key personnel of the Design/Builder. ATTACHMENTS None END Page 2 of 2
