All conditions not specifically referenced here shall remain the same. Written questions are due on July 9, 2026 by 2:00 p.m. via email to Michael Flores at Michaelf@capitalpm.com. Submissions in response to the RFQ are due on July 23, 2026. PART B – RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS 22. Question: Will the Design/Builder be responsible for the geotechnical report and initial survey? If so, (1) should these team members be part of our response to Appendix B Section 2.C Engineer(s) and (2) are any relevant firms precluded per the list cases of Exhibit A-3?
