GENERAL INFORMATION 1.1 Taylor Independent School District (hereinafter known as “Owner”, “District” or “TISD”) is soliciting qualifications from qualified Professional Services firms to provide certain construction related services listed herein, on a task request/work order basis. It is the intention of TISD to establish a qualified group of Professional Services by category that will be available for any and all upcoming construction projects under various master service agreements. In addition to the requested information, organizations submitting a response may provide supplementary materials further describing their capabilities and experience. 1.2 SUBMISSION Submissions are due no later than 11 AM on February 24, 2026. No phone inquiries will be entertained. Respondents will have until February 13, 2026, at 11 AM to submit written questions, including questions regarding terms and conditions or for clarifications of the RFQ. All questions submitted and received prior to the deadline will be reviewed, consolidated where possible, and answered in a written addendum. No verbal responses will be provided.
