The City of New Haven (“City”) is seeking a qualified consulting firm or consulting team (“Consultant”) to design and implement quick-build/tactical urbanism demonstration projects City-wide to advance the City’s Safe Routes for All Citywide Active Transportation Plan (“SRFA”) (https://saferoutesforall.com) and other transportation goals, funded by the federal Safe Streets & Roads for All (SS4A) grant program. These projects would include safety, traffic calming, and active transportation elements. Work will be performed in accordance with the SS4A Grant Program, as awarded to the City under the Fiscal Year 2022 SS4A Grant Program.
